A calculator, not tax advice

TaxVig estimates federal income tax from the numbers you enter and the rules described on the site. It is not tax, legal or financial advice, and it doesn't know your full situation. Check your numbers with a CPA or other tax professional before you file or make a payment.

No guarantee

We cite our sources and work to keep the rules and figures current, but estimates can be wrong or out of date, and tax law changes. The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Upstream Partners LLC is not liable for any tax, penalty, interest or other loss from using the site or relying on its estimates. If we are found liable anyway, our total liability is limited to the greater of $50 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Using the site

Don't try to break, overload or misuse the site, or collect its content with automated tools at scale.

Changes

Governing law

Michigan law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
